Are you surrounded by books you meant to read for CPD… but somehow never did?
Or maybe you want to start, but you’re not sure which books are worth your time?
That’s where the Booklover’s CPD Challenge comes in. In 5 weeks, I’ll guide you to create a bespoke reading list for the academic year — one that fits your focus, your time, and your energy.
Week 1: Reflect on your focus for the year (and learn where to find books without going broke).
Weeks 2–4: Get 6 themed lists — not just books, but podcasts, videos, and articles too.
Week 5: Finalise your list, make a loose plan, and get your bullet-journal style tracker.
We do this online, inside a private course space, with a community page where you can share your ideas, lists, and great finds.
By the end of the challenge, you’ll have:
✅ A CPD reading list you’re excited about (5–10 resources).
✅ A realistic plan to read them over the year.
✅ A tracker to keep you moving (and feeling good about it).
✅ A community of teacher-readers to swap ideas with.
There are no set texts, and no awkward Zoom calls. Just guidance, inspiration, and space to make it your own.
